Manipulate reviews, ratings, or views.
Create multiple accounts to evade policies.
8. KYC and account integrity
Must do
Provide valid identity information when requested. Aadhaar and PAN may be required.
Business sellers should provide GSTIN where applicable.
Keep your account details accurate and secure. Use your own photos and content.
Do not
Impersonate another person or brand.
Share your account or bank details with others.
Upload content you do not have rights to use.
9. Enforcement
Violations may lead to: listing removal, payout holds, order cancellation, reduced visibility, account suspension, permanent ban, and where required, reporting to authorities. Severe violations include counterfeits, scams, off-platform payments, and fake tracking.
Payouts are released only after successful delivery and resolution of any delivery issues under Purchase Protection.
