What You Must Do

  • Ship within 3 calendar days of the sale.
  • Use a reliable, trackable courier service.
  • Share tracking by email: reply to the PurvX order email with the courier name and tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch (this notifies the buyer and Support).
  • Pack neatly and protect delicate embroidery/embellishments; use sturdy outer packaging.
  • For high-value items, keep a short packing video and the courier receipt. Buyers are encouraged to make an open-box video at delivery to support any claim.
  • If delayed, reply to the order email with a revised dispatch date and reason.

Payouts: Seller payouts are released only after the order is successfully delivered and any delivery issues are resolved under Purchase Protection.

Do Not

  • Send a different item or an incomplete set.
  • Provide fake, reused, or unverifiable tracking numbers.
  • Ship without adequate packaging/protection for delicate work.

Non-compliance may result in order cancellation, payout holds, reduced visibility, or account action.
